Seatnudge sends only one useful nudge per request, on the channel you chose. You can stop receiving messages at any time.
Reply STOP
If you receive an email nudge, reply with STOP and we will suppress future nudges for that request. For WhatsApp nudges, reply STOP to the same thread. We will process the opt-out within 24 hours and send no further messages for that request.
What happens when you opt out
- We stop checking prices for that event request.
- We send no further email or WhatsApp nudges for that request.
- Your contact details remain stored only for legal/compliance purposes unless you also request deletion.
- Other active nudge requests on different events are not affected.
Data and privacy
Seatnudge stores only the information you provide: the event, your budget and timing preferences, your chosen channel, and your contact email or WhatsApp number. We do not share this data with third parties beyond the delivery providers (email gateway or WhatsApp Business) needed to send your one nudge. To request deletion of your data, contact us through the form on the homepage.
